How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. All returns must be authorized and be issued an RMA#.
1. Please call 800-696-1745 or email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a RMA#. Do not send anything back without prior authorization.

Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling (including FREE shipping) that you paid on the order.
If your item is in like new condition, it may be exchanged for a different model. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. If your items were damaged in shipping, or arrived broken, or was packaged incorrectly, we will exchange or repair the item at our discretion at no additional charge to the customer. We may file claims with the shipping carrier for damaged shipments and may request a statement from the customer regarding this.
